The German government, today, March 17, traditionally updated the list of weapons and military equipment transferred to Ukraine. It contains both air defense systems and armored vehicles, missiles, ammunition, as well as small arms.

And in general, the weapons, military equipment and ammunition transferred by the Germans over the past month are as follows:

  • 24 MRAPs and 2 armored vehicles for border guards
  • 2 Wisent engineering vehicles 1 and 2 mine trawls
  • 100 H-PEMBS portable remote demining systems
  • 3 anti-aircraft Gepard and 10 thousand ammunition for them
  • 5 thousand 155-mm, 2 thousand 122-mm ammunition, 8 thousand 120-mm mines
  • IRIS-T SLM anti-aircraft missiles without specifying the number
  • ammunition for Leopard 1 tanks and Marder infantry fighting vehicles without specifying the number
  • 50 Vector reconnaissance UAVs
  • 30 Gereon RCS ground drones
  • 30 UAV detection systems
  • 95 MK 556 and 1340 HK 416 assault rifles
  • 556 laser rangefinders, 255 night vision devices, 765 thousand first-aid kits

In addition, during this time, a contract was signed for the supply of 11 more UAV detection and suppression systems and another 256 laser rangefinders.

Of the little-known weapons, the Gereon RCS ground drones, which are a new development of ARX Robotics, which were ordered in November 2024, may deserve attention. It is a multifunctional autonomous tracked platform with a payload of 500 kg and a range of 50 km. It can perform a variety of logistics and reconnaissance missions depending on the equipment.
