“There are locations where the enemy moves between houses and creates underground tunnels, from basement to basement. Underground communications that previously functioned as sewer passages, communication paths or heating pipelines are used,” Sarantsev explained.
He said this tactic helps russians remain undetected and move quickly between positions.
