Man in beads forcibly detained in Lviv, TCC investigating military personnel’s actions.
As War Ukraine-Russia News Hub reports, the Lviv Regional TCC and SP responded to the incident.
It is also noted that at the moment it is known that a man of military age began to run away upon meeting with TCC employees. When they caught up with him, he refused to show his military registration documents. Finally, he proceeded to one of the regional territorial recruitment centers, where his data was checked. The man has no complaints against the TCC employees. He explained his flight by ordinary fear.
“The actions of the military personnel will be given an appropriate assessment.
At the same time, we strongly recommend not to ignore the request of military personnel to present military registration documents. Do not offend military personnel and do not run away from them. We also ask you to avoid speculation on this topic,” the TCC adds.
Responsibility for evasion and obstruction of the work of representatives of the RTCC and the joint venture is also reported. According to Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code, “Obstruction of the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period” entails imprisonment for a term of 5 to 8 years.
