SBU Detains Supreme Court Official Accused of Offering to Hand Over Ukrainian Territories to Invaders: VIDEO+PHOTO Report 10 06463

The Security Service has records of conversations in which he denies the sovereignty of Ukraine and offers to give the southern regions to the occupiers, including Odesa and Kherson regions.
“Also, in communication with his subordinate, the official heroized the mercenaries of the Russian private military company “Wagner” and supported their participation in the war against our state. In addition, the official of the judicial body proposed to launch a new attack on Ukraine from the north to seize Lviv and neighboring regions.
The figure expressed his hopes for the quick occupation of our country with the subsequent installation of the Kremlin regime on its territory,” the message says.
Linguistic examination confirmed the facts of subversive activity of the official in favor of the aggressor country.
During searches of the perpetrator’s place of residence, the following was found:
- mobile phones and computers with shelves;
- almost 300 unaccounted cartridges for small arms;
- special technical means of illegal surveillance;
- pro-Kremlin literature.
He was informed of the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (justification, recognition of lawful, denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants committed by an official).
He faces up to 8 years in prison with confiscation of property.
