Satellite imagery of the Black Sea Fleet’s bases at Sevastopol and Novorossiysk show a new ship in drydock–a Project 22160 patrol boat (possibly the Sergey Kotov) and that Kalibr and Oniks-carrying ships have been dispersed from Sevastopol to Novorossiysk Naval Base. A Bora-class hovercraft is back in dry dock for repairs again.
