During reconnaissance operations in the Zaporozhye direction, operators of one of the units of the SSO discovered two self-propelled artillery installations 2C9 “Nona-S” of the enemy. The “Nona-S” self-propelled artillery vehicle is intended for direct fire support of airborne units on the battlefield, its main weapon is a 120-mm mortar-cannon. SSO operators directed HIMARS fire of the missile and artillery unit of the Defense Forces at enemy targets. Due to the clear correction of fire damage, both self-propelled guns were destroyed.
