Ukraine has confirmed Colonel General alexander romanchuk and lieutenant general oleg tsekov to be among at the Black Sea Fleet headquarters in Sevastopol. Unconfirmed but rumoured is that Admiral Victor Sokolov, the commander of the Black Sea Fleet was also present. Satellite imagery confirms three missile impacts.
