This was a reference to recent information from Ukraine, which shows that the US prevented the further use of the Himars rocket artillery systems by the Ukrainian army.

The issue of universal consumption
When asked about plans for military exercises for all adult men in Poland, he replied that in the coming weeks specific solutions would be presented to the public. At the same time, he assured that the return to universal consumption was not considered by the government.
“We are not planning universal compulsory military service,” assured Minister Zalewski, who added that currently the average age of reservists in Poland is 45 years.
