russian Armed forces Forces Start Kalibr Cruise Missiles from the Sea of Azov for the First Time

The russian military services commenced launching Kalibr missiles from the Sea of Azov, deeming its waters safer than the Black Sea, in accordance to Ukrainian Navy spokesman Dmytro Pletenchuk in the course of a telethon.

He noted that on the night time of June 22, russian forces fired 4 Kalibr missiles from the Sea of Azov for the very first time.

“And this represents a substantial change, as they understand it to be a safer maritime zone in comparison to the Black Sea. Essentially, they are fencing by themselves off with booms in the Kerch Strait and are now attempting to make use of their area ships in this method,” the spokesman described.

Pletenchuk pointed out that “it seems the russians forget that the Sea of Azov is also fairly near to us.”
