This morning, the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully hit a radar station of the Russian air defense system near the village of Rozdolne, in the north of the temporarily occupied Crimea.

This was reported by StratCom of the ZSU in a telegram channel.

Roszdolne is located 7 km from the sea coast. Previously, Russian missile complexes, EW and radar antennas were spotted there.

By the way, today the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced a mass drone attack last night. The so-called Russian media spread information that 21 UAVs were destroyed or intercepted by air defense.

11 of them were allegedly shot down and intercepted over the temporarily occupied Crimea, 5 over the Belgorod Region, 3 over the Bryansk Region, and one each over the Kaluga and Tula Regions. No injuries or damage have been reported so far.

It will be recalled that until today the fate of the sailors from the Novocherkassk VDK, which was destroyed on December 26 by the Defense Forces of Ukraine in Crimea, was kept silent in Russia. On the website of the Gymnasium named after O.S. Pushkin” there was a message about the dead senior sailor Ihor Meshcheryakov.

Also, it recently became known that on January 4, Storm Shadow cruise missiles hit military facilities near Yevpatoria and Sevastopol. The commander of military unit 85683 of the Russian Federation, Colonel Vadim Ismagilov, died during the attack. This is the first confirmed elimination of occupier personnel as a result of a missile attack on a command post in temporarily occupied Sevastopol.
