Ukraine’s Armed Forces Extend Their Control on the Left Bank of Kherson Region

Soldiers of the Defense Forces, the backbone of which are marines, last day continued measures to expand the bridgehead on the left (occupied) bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region.

In turn, the Russian invaders, despite significant losses, do not stop trying to knock out our units from their occupied positions – on January thirteenth, our defenders repelled five enemy assaults.

This was reported by the spokesman of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Pavlo Kovalchuk, in today’s briefing.

In turn, the press service of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine spoke about the losses of fighters confirmed by air reconnaissance in the Kherson direction for the period from 7:00 a.m. on the thirteenth of January to 7:00 a.m. on the fourteenth:

“The enemy on the left bank has 17 less occupiers, an anti-aircraft missile-gun complex “Pantsyr”, eight guns, a mortar, a reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle of the “Merlin” type, seven cars, an antenna complex, a communication hub, two observation points, field supply point, field artillery depot”.
