Ukrainian Armed Forces Advance Toward Melitopol with Significant Progress
Fighters of the Defense Forces have noticeably moved forward in the area of the front between the occupied Nopokrovka and Verbov in the Zaporizhzhia region (our breakthrough bridgehead is south of the free city of Orihiv in the Melitopol direction).
This was reported by the authoritative domestic compiler of frontline maps and military expert “DeepState”. See the screenshot of his map for January 25, on which the liberated territory, on which our defenders have already established themselves, is painted in blue.
In turn, blogger and fighter of the 24th separate assault battalion “Aidar” of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Stanislav Bunyatov (Osman) told in his Telegram channel “Sniper Speaks”:
“Zaporizhia direction. There were attempts of small assaults by orcs to occupy dominant positions – our soldiers on the ground gave them another pendulum. But we continue to suffer from the enemy’s artillery – the orcs are laying down well and constantly. RSV is not silent in them either.”
