The Russian Army is Unable to Advance to Zerebets, Let Alone Oskil – ISW
Experts of the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) agree with the opinion of the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyryl Budanov, that the Russian invaders will not be able to achieve the goals of their winter offensive.
Among them, Kyrylo Budanov stated that in the Lymansky (Kreminsky) direction, the invaders planned to reach the Zherebets River on the border of the Kharkiv and Luhansk regions.
This is quite a bold statement, since the front line already passes along the Stallion in some places, but mostly the river and the ponds on it are our front-line zone. Especially since it was previously indicated that the aggressor dreams of reaching the larger Oskil River, which is about thirty kilometers from Zerebets.
Meanwhile, blogger and fighter of the 24th separate assault battalion “Aidar” of the 5th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Stanislav Bunyatov (Osman) told the latest news about this section of the front in his Telegram channel “Sniper Speaks”:
“In the direction of (free) Yampolivka (a village on the left bank of the Zherebka pond), the Orks tried to carry out an assault at night in support of a tank that was damaged by a kamikaze drone. Infantry: “200”-“300″ (liquidated and wounded)”.
