As War Ukraine-Russia News Hub reports, this was reported to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
“At the site of the Russian strike on a high-rise building, the body of the ninth dead person was found under the rubble. Relief work continues,” the statement says.
Head of Odessa OVA Oleg Kiper reported that March 3 was declared a Day of Mourning in the region.
“In Odessa and the region, mourning has been declared today for those killed as a result of the Russian attack. Great pain not only for the Odessa region, but for the whole of Ukraine,” the message says.
