“”Today, the Russian army shelled the peaceful population of the border. A civilian agricultural enterprise in the Novgorod-Seversky district was under attack.
As a result of the shelling, the company’s buildings and agricultural machinery were damaged. Fortunately, no one was hurt,” the message says.
