New territory in the Avdiyiv direction liberated by the Armed Forces
Fighters of the Defense Forces slightly, but still, advanced in the area of Novobakhmutivka to the northwest of Avdiivka. This was reported by the authoritative domestic compiler of frontline maps and military expert “DeepState”.
See screenshots of his map for January 24 and 25 for comparison. On the latter, we tentatively marked the liberated territory with a blue arrow, on which our defenders had already established themselves. It was still a gray area.
In turn, the spokesman of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Andrii Kovalev, said in today’s briefing that the Defense Forces repelled six attacks by Russian invaders near Avdiyivka, Stepovoy, and Novobakhmutivka.
At the same time, the aggressor carried out airstrikes on Avdiivka.
