This morning, a Russian subversive group entered Sumy Oblast. Occupiers shot a car with civilians. A sister and a brother from the Khotyn community died.
The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine reported this on the Telegram channel and published a photo of the affected car:
Under the procedural leadership of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder.
The man was driving the car, he was 54 years old, the woman was 68.
The pre-trial investigation is carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine in the Sumy region.
Earlier, “Ukraine-Russia News Hub” wrote that a Russian fighter-bomber attacked the village of Svesa in the Sumy region with a guided aerial bomb. As the sources of the publication reported, after dropping the bomb, the Russian plane returned to the territory of the aggressor state.
