The hydrographic survey ship Vladimir Kozitsky of the Black Sea Fleet is reported damaged just outside Sevastopol. Possibly suffering a malfunction as some reports say strange vibrations and sounds were reported in the past few days.
The Kozitsky had been patrolling the entrance to Sevastopol for the past few days.
