In Dnipro, the police exposed a group of fraudsters. Criminals posted ads on various Internet platforms for the sale of cars imported to Ukraine from abroad at an “attractive price.” This price included the service of further customs clearance and registration of the car immediately in the name of the buyer. In the case of reaching an agreement, citizens were offered to make a subscription to a card account – from 300 to 1000 dollars. After that, buyers were sent videos about the condition of the car and photos of forged documents. As soon as the group members received the remaining amount, they blocked the victims and changed their phone numbers. Therefore, citizens got rid of their own money and did not receive cars that should have been given to the military to carry out combat missions.
