In the fight we lose systems and people, which is why one of the priorities should be playing combat systems – the production of equipment and ammunition – and playing human resources, “said Skrzypczak. “This is not there, and this is the key to the success of every military operation,” he said.
In recent days, the General Staff has presented the Senate Defense Committee of the Army Development Model for 2025-39, which is to be the basis of the Armed Forces Development Program for 15 years. The implementation of the program is to be used by more detailed documents, such as the technical modernization plan.
