Ukraine Approves the Use of the TAKHA Vehicle for the Armed Forces

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has officially approved the use of the TAKHA all-terrain amphibious vehicle by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Designed by Ukrainian engineers, this vehicle is built to handle some of the most challenging terrains, including swamps, marshes, deep snow and even transitioning from water to ice.

One of the key features of the TAKHA vehicle is its compact size and ability to turn in place, making it highly maneuverable in confined spaces. Its wide tires exert less pressure on the ground than a human foot, allowing it to cross loose or unstable surfaces with ease. Additionally, the vehicle can overcome obstacles over one meter high.

The TAKHA vehicle can carry up to 1 ton of cargo or transport 10 passengers. On land, it reaches speeds of up to 40 km/h, while on water it moves at 6 km/h. With multiple fuel tanks, the vehicle is capable of operating continuously for more than two days on a single refueling.
