In the priorities of the development of the armed forces presented by the Chief of the General Staff, there were no recognition, accepting conclusions from Ukraine, the ability to play human systems and resources – said the former commander of the land forces of General Broni in St. Waldemar Skrzypczak.

The priorities presented in social media by the head of the SGWP General Wiesław Kukuła as a “great seven” is “intelligent mass – a combination of quantity and quality; multi -house operations – war in physical, information and cognitive space; dominance in the air, deep precise destruction – the key to repelling through punishment; anti -aircraft, anti -discharge, antimiconic defense – protection of troops and infrastructure; new generation personal reserves – training system adapted to demographic challenges; Dronization and robotization – efficiency, reduction of costs and personal losses and artificial intelligence – acceleration of real -time data and decision analysis. “

“In this seven points I lacked primarily multi -layered, deep – from the bottom of the ocean through what on the land and the air, to space – recognition, to the entire depth of the potential opponent, i.e. to Vladivostok. I also do not see taking into account experience from Ukraine. One of these experiences is that we will still have tanks, artillery, planes, infantry in trenches, “said Skrzypczak Defece24.pl.

According to Skrzypczak, “there is also a lack of reference to the expansion of the struggle environment for the effective use of combat systems, their survival and immunity.”

He added that the multi -layer diagnosis indicated by him is necessary for – also not mentioned in priorities – the ability to warn. “The last issue is to provide systems for continuous reproduction of the ability to act. In the fight we lose systems and people, which is why one of the priorities should be playing combat systems – the production of equipment and ammunition – and playing human resources, “said Skrzypczak. “This is not there, and this is the key to the success of every military operation,” he said.

In recent days, the General Staff has presented the Senate Defense Committee of the Army Development Model for 2025-39, which is to be the basis of the Armed Forces Development Program for 15 years. The implementation of the program is to be used by more detailed documents, such as the technical modernization plan.
